The Sales Development Representatives Team will lay the foundation for Lusha Sales by engaging with new registered users, helping them understand the value of Lusha and moving them forward in the sales process. As Lusha's first point of contact, the SDR team plays a key role in creating a great first impression and building momentum for not only the sales team, but the company as a whole. We’re in the early days of building a world-class sales organization and the road ahead is going to be very exciting.

As a Team Lead you will empower every teammate to surpass their monthly, quarterly and annual goals for qualified and nurtured registrations on the website and inbound MQLs. With your support and lead they will interact with new inbound leads of all levels, take responsibility for quickly qualifying the leads, while the leads with a delightful user experience on their user journey.

  • Lead a team of Inbound Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to achieve Lusha’s new customer goals through engaging and nurturing new signups.
  • Identify customer type and/or need early in discussion in order to route properly (i.e. self service, SMB, enterprise, technical support, etc.)
  • Deliver 1:1 Mentorship as a Player/Coach for SDR to Advance the Teams Skills in Prospecting Techniques, Follow-through tasks & Pipeline Development
  • Create and coordinate training with company Product, Sales, and Marketing SME’s to enable effective customer engagements by the team.
  • Collaborate with Marketing & Business Development resources and collaborate on sales campaign development, execution, and analysis.
  • Fully qualify and map key stakeholders, business process and technical requirements on all deals.
  • Transition qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales representative.
  • Managing time effectively by multitasking between multiple inbound activities.


  • 2-4 years of hands-on sales development experience and team leading.
  • B2B sales experience in the software or SaaS inbound sales environment.
  • Superior skills in time/workflow management in a demanding and highly dynamic sales environment
  • Demonstrated leadership skills as a team builder and team player.
  • Excellent phone & email communication skills. 
  • Highly skilled at multitasking with the ability to quickly adapt and learn.
  • Strong work ethic: team oriented, self-starter, high energy, and results oriented.
  • English - mother tongue level
