As Lusha's first point of contact, the SDR team plays a key role in creating a great first impression and building momentum for not only the sales team, but the company as a whole. As a Team Lead you will empower every teammate to surpass their monthly, quarterly and annual goals for qualified and nurtured registrations on the website and inbound MQLs. With your support and lead they will interact with new inbound leads of all levels, take responsibility for quickly qualifying the leads, while the leads with a delightful user experience on their user journey.
