Lusha is looking for A-player to join our team as an Office Manager! This role entails managing the front desk, overseeing office administrative duties and ensuring our office runs at its maximum potential! This future Lushanian is not only a Ninja in managing the office but also top-notch in encouraging and preserving an awesome workplace environment!
-oversee all logistics and operations regarding the management of the office
-act as a main point of contact for vendors and suppliers
-conduct vendor management and negotiation
-manage and run the front desk entirely
-welcome guests and employees to the office
-assist various teams & employees with different administrative tasks and projects
-help coordinate and manage the calendars of the CEO and founder
-assist founders with daily and personal tasks
-schedule meetings & help book flights and hotels for overseas travel
-manage all of companies payments, invoices and bank transfers
-preparation of travel and expense reports
-maintain and order office supplies
-help organize happy hour and welfare events in the company
-manage our amazing office Housekeeper to ensure the office is always looking at its best!
Skills and Competencies to be a Lushanian
-Ability to manage oneself, have self-direction and flexibility, take initiative, prioritize multiple tasks, and use good judgment to resolve problems.
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral) in Hebrew and English.
-Ability to work with confidential materials and maintain complete discretion with personnel files and data at all times.
-Excellent attention to detail.
