We are looking for an energetic, efficient, highly motivated, independent and tech savvy Customer Support Representative, to join our team at Lusha. In this role, you will work with Lusha's customers to resolve their service and/or technical matters.

Responsibilities:

You will provide daily support to users via multiple communication channels such as chat, email and phone.

This will include answering questions, analyzing problems, guiding customers and forming quick solutions through corrective steps.

Also, properly escalating unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams.


*The role is from Monday-Friday, full time position, 5 days a week

Requirements:

  • Tech savvy - ability to understand, investigate, and articulate any potential issues, solve them efficiently or escalate.
  • Ability to provide step by step technical help, both written and verbal, with high attention to details.
  • Passionately committed to providing the highest level of customer service - willingness to go above and beyond.
  • Empathic, helpful, and positive attitude.
  • Great people skills.
  • English- mother tongue level - verbal and written communication skills.
